FAMILY ROUTE

The UK Family Visa Route is issued to family members of those present and settled in the UK.  This visa type is for those people who have family members living in the UK and either want to join or stay with them for more than six months as their dependents.  The principle dependent can be as a husband or wife (spouse), partner, fiancé, fiancée or civil partner and children.
